Too Many Squirrels's video: Merlin - Echoes

I wanted to try something different by making a Merlin video without featuring any Merlin clips ;) BEAR WITH ME!! What I was aiming for is the idea that Merlin and Arthurs story lives on all around us. Merlin is magic and nature and his story echoes in the beauty of the things around us. Their friendship transcends time and is the most beautiful and powerful friendship that cannot die because Arthur is destined to return and reunite with Merlin and I chose to show their friendship through dialogue alone. I don't know if this turned out quite how I imagined but I really hope you understand why I made the decision to purely use clips of nature. Music is Audiomachine 'Eternal Flame' All the clips I got from Dailymotion OrangeHD which are OK to use in projects so I won't get sued!! Dialogue: Arthur: Describe 'Dollophead' Merlin: In two words? Arthur: Yeah Merlin: Uh, Prince Arthur Merlin: He'll never know who I really am Arthur: You're a riddle Merlin Merlin: A riddle? Arthur: Yes. But I've got to quite like you Merlin: Yeah? Arthur: Now I realise you're not as big a fool as you look Arthur: Merlin? Merlin: Shut up? Arthur: You guessed it Merlin: I always thought if things had've been different we'd have been good friends Arthur: Yeah Arthur: Its rat isn't it? Merlin: Try not to think about it Merlin: I'm happy to be your servant, until the day I die Merlin: It is your fate to be the greatest King Camelot has ever known. Merlin: Your victory today will be remembered by every age until the end of time Arthur: Merlin you should go with them Merlin: Nah, I've seen the woods already Arthur: Merlin is there anything you're actually capable of doing? Merlin: Putting up with you Arthur: If I need a servant in the next life Merlin: Don't ask me! Arthur: Haha! Merlin: I didn't want you to feel that you were alone Arthur: I came back because you're the only friend I have and I couldn't bear to lose you Merlin: And I swear, I will protect you or die at your side Arthur: You know Merlin, all those jokes about you being a coward. I never really meant any of them. I always thought you were the bravest man I ever met. Merlin: I'm not going back! Arthur: Merlin! Merlin: Not without you! Merlin: The sickness is so deep in him...I don't know if I have the power to bring him back Merlin: I'm a sorceror...I have magic. And I use it for you Arthur, only for you Arthur: There are times Merlin when you display a sort of...I don't know what it is...I don't want to say...its not wisdom. But yes...thats what it is
