Credit to @DansonnBeats for the beat (Hook) Ordinary people chasing stars, stop to wonder who they really are (who are we?) but the circles keep on closing around them (help us Lord), fascinating fires draw them in, promises of love thrown to the wind, but the circles never open for them (Verse 1) There is nothing wrong with the way that you have been created, this body that you are living with? Yeah God He made it, nothing wrong with it, it has no flaws, there's nothing needed, if you think it needs a change it don't now come be seated, I'm bout to teach you about the Lord, how He can save your life, you don't need to fix your appearance, you're perfect in his sight, no body modifications now that's just weird, Jesus didn't have any piercings all He had was a beard, if we wanna be like Christ, why do we look like the world? Why are we chasing the pleasures of earth if we won't have em at the gates of Pearl? Think a tattoo portrays Christ? Why don't you think again? No one will take it seriously cause it's on many men, do you wanna do that to the holy temple? Even if the Lord said "You shall not mark it up." You disobey your maker the Creator of Everything who gave you life and took you out outta your rut, you defame the name of the King of kings, play it like just a game even though it ain't, chasing after bling and now it seems so insane, dang mayne you could of been living unashamed (Verse 2) People starving to lose weight? Man that ain't right, get your focus off your body, put focus on Christ, you are never gonna be perfect in your eyes, but in God's sight you are His child no surprise, that should give you all the assurance that you are needing to continue on the Road of Life ignoring all the devil's lies, anorexia's bad news, it traps you in, your heart says you're not fat, your mind says you ain't thin, you believe your brain, you start decreasing food, you get sick and so you throw up but it doesn't matter you press through, why are you even doing this? It don't help you, in fact it don't give you anything you need, all it gives you is grief, and it's acting like a thief, and you really can't see the sown seed, so girls stop worrying about your weight you're a perfect creation, Jesus loves you but you don't need an administration, if you're doing this all for a guy, trust me he ain't even worth your time, a real man of God won't care he'll love what's inside, he will see you if you're saved for what you truly are, a child of Christ girl, he'll overlook your scars (Verse 3) Now hold up we ain't through, there's a subject I haven't touched, does getting a tattoo mean you won't escape Satan's clutch? Absolutely not, God triumphs over all, I am just saying all of this cause you didn't read about a tattoo on Apostle Paul, this earth ain't going nowhere, man it's about to sink, you were given free will to do what you want, so it's my free will that I won't inject ink, the same goes for gauges and piercings, person it's your life, I'm just saying you shouldn't have any if you're really trying to live like Christ, it's your life though so you can do whatever you want, but it only takes one step to get ensnared in the devil's swamp, it ain't your body all it is is just an earthen vessel, used to house your soul, if you know that feeling you're pretty special, no need to change what's perfect, you're getting very nervous, just know that you're not worthless, you need to find your purpose, life's crazy like a circus, there's some stuff you just can't purchase, there's some words you really can't interpret, but all you gotta do is be a servant
