In this video I show you my simple tricks to adding arch support to your insole socks/insocks. You can even make arch support insocks to add to all your existing shoes or a removable one to move from pair to pair. Arch support is an optional addition to your shoes and it can take some testing to find the right level of arch support for you - some people prefer to go without and have completely flat insocks so find what works for you. *Note that if you are adding a padded insock to your shoes once complete that this will make the shoes slightly smaller.
