5 steps towards a real relationship with God There must be something more When you strive for deep and satisfying love, when you want to surrender to something that will really make a difference, when you are looking for answers to life's most difficult questions, you are looking for God. ❓ What activities this week suggest that you think will satisfy you? I would like to start over. The good news is that you can start over. Your intuition regarding your origin in goodness and love is absolutely correct. God allows you to start over. ❓What would change if we believed that God allows you to start all over again today? How would your thoughts about future change? I can't do it myself Remember, repentance does not mean you feel unwell. In fact, the Bible says that true repentance leads to "refreshment" from the Lord. Repentance is about starting over and admitting, "I need help." ❓What do you need to repent of today? How Repentance Can Lead You to "Refreshment" with God God still loves me so much This is why this step is a huge breakthrough. We realize, perhaps for the first time, that none of us deserves a second chance, none of us deserves forgiveness, and we definitely don't deserve unconditional love. But we are! You! You don't deserve it, but God gives it to you anyway. ❓Do you feel a spiritual struggle going on inside you? If so, how would you describe it? Now this is life! God wants you to live every second of your existence with the confidence that he loves you unconditionally and passionately.
