Perancangan ini bertujuan untuk menciptakan suatu desain fasilitas olahraga aquatic yang dapat memfasilitasi kebutuhan berlatih atlet dan juga masyarakat umum guna meningkatkan prestasi olahraga aquatic. Metode perancangan yang digunakan yaitu metode deskriptif kualitatif serta menggunakan metode desain sintesa dengan tahap awal melakukan analisis programatik, transformasi, penyusunan skematik tahap akhir proses ini menghasilkan suatu konsep perancangan yang menyesuaikan dengan peraturan yang sudah ada dan menghasilkan output desain yang mewadahi kebutuhan aktivitas civitas.
