IISM WORLD's video: IISM BSM student Harsh Wani shares his work experience at JITO Half Marathon

Harsh Wani is a 2nd year Bachelor of Sports Management Student from 2020-23 batch. He recently got an opportunity to work as an operations intern at JITO Thane Half Marathon, on 20th March 2022. It was an immense learning experience for him as he gained a deeper insight towards the management side of the event. He was responsible to look after all the participants registration process and all of their details as well. Certain things which he learned while working at the event are how to come up with instant solutions towards in hand situations, to have a contingency plan if things are not proceeding as per schedule, and importance of right communication skills.
