In this video which was first uploaded last Sunday evening, we see Bengal cadre IAS Officer Nikhil Nirmal who is the current DM of Alipurduar is seen beating up a man for passing lewd comments on his wife's fb post. Reportedly the officer was sent on leave. And his wife later wrote on her post on fb stating "He is the real hero. If someone ask for wife/sister/daughter to open her legs and let me go in. Is it okay? You all are saying he didnt commit rape, just commented, you shouldn't have slapped."
