For over three decades, Paul Oakenfold has been an icon of electronic music. As a DJ and producer, the three-time Grammy nominee is one of the most influential, pioneering talents in the field, elevating the genre to mainstream status. Paul has produced for Happy Mondays, U2, Massive Attack, Simply Red, and New Order. He has opened and performed with Madonna and U2. He has remixed Michael Jackson, The Rolling Stones, and Justin Timberlake and released over 20 DJ mix compilations. He has even performed and recorded live on the Great Wall of China. In the film arena, Paul has scored numerous blockbusters including The Bourne Identity, Matrix Reloaded, Shrek 2, Swordfish, and Collateral. Always looking to blaze a new trail, Paul took up residency in The Palms in Las Vegas, where he performed at Planet Perfecto as a resident of three years, a fully produced show with 75 circus performers, cutting edge visuals, and special effects – thrilling thousands with a truly unique experience. Paul’s album Perfecto: Vegas remains the highest selling DJ compilation ever released in US history – with over half a million sales and his streaming Perfecto Radio show is heard by 16 million weekly. Paul will be heading the DJ and electronic dance music department at ISINA where he hopes to inspire others to carry electronic music into the future.
