ISPO's video: ISPO Munich 2020 - Health Fitness

@ISPO Munich 2020 - Health & Fitness
Get off the couch and come to ISPO Munich - the sports trade fair for health and fitness. The variety of promotions and sports equipment has never been greater. Markus Rothermel feels at home here. He is a health coach at Messe München and a personal trainer. His daily bread is motivating lazy devils and couch potatoes. Markus Rothermel, sports scientist I am one hundred percent sure that everyone will find a sport they like. I think that you really need to try different things. You can't say I'm just the gym person now, or the soccer player. Sport doesn't have to hurt, it doesn’t have to get you out of breath. Sport is something joyful, something beautiful, you will find it, I promise you. The Plankpad fits perfectly into Markus' concept: fun and endurance in one. A board and an app - that's all you need for a balanced, sweat-inducing full-body workout. This is fun, I must say, it's really cool. I can imagine that it motivates people and it can be increased in all levels of difficulty. So I could imagine, even for the top athletes, that they use the balance and go into this side plank and say: Ok, now I do it like this, am I in the middle, the device shows me that, I can also lift my leg, great, I think it‘s a cool thing. Phew, if this is too exhausting for you, a game with a table tennis robot might be more tempting. Or you might be lucky, like coach Markus and meet table tennis world champion Steffen Fetzner. In the end, I think the secret of health is that you don't do the movement very intensively for a short time, but a little bit, often. You should always train a little bit, my motto is movement has healing power. Regardless of where the movement comes from: whether for ambitious home users or for group training in the gym: Balancewheel machines like this one literally force you to your knees through a yoyo effect. "This device is easy to use, very flexible, very versatile, I like it very much, really cool". Great equipment everywhere: The Straffr resistance band is practically the personal trainer to go: equipped with a sensor and app, repetitions, speed and strength are measured during the training. And those who want to count steps, need to move more. Tracker functions are increasingly being replaced by smart watches: from animated training programs in the cool Amoled Display to measurements of oxygen saturation in the blood to a complete ECG: the wearables of tomorrow can do it. There are so many new things in this area and I think one should never stand still. The world is a wonderful place and the sports world is so fabulous that one must always be open for new things. Let’s go!
