ITM Kharghar has set up the Wellness Centre on campus for faculty and students. A place to rejuvenate through prayer, peace, meditation, and other wellness therapies. Where employees can experience this retreat created by our HR Academic Team. The main objective of the Centre is to take care of the overall health, fitness, and happiness of employees and students. Various initiatives and programs conducted under the center are as follows: Friday meditation, Mandala Art Workshop, Weight loss challenge, healthy potluck, Kids and Pets day during summer vacation, Expert Talks series by dedicated Heartfulness team CFO, CXO's – On regular basis on various topics like – Health and Nutrition, stress and anxiety, financial wellness, etc.
