I have a friend who weighs 49kg, so for a while it's been my goal to snatch her bodyweight. My form still sucks, and now that this goal is out of the way I can focus more on getting low, though I've been doing better recently at meeting the bar with my hips on the way up. I did this a few times today, ever the perfectionist it wasn't enough to just hit the number, I wanted to do it with style... but this will do for now.
