Ice Coaster's video: Biggest Forgotten Upset in MMA History

@Biggest Forgotten Upset in MMA History
In this video we take a look back to the early 2000s in PRIDE Fighting Championships to see one of the biggest upsets in MMA history that rarely gets mentioned. Kazushi Sakuraba was the biggest name in MMA in Japan and one of the biggest names in the world. He was known as "The Gracie Hunter" as he was the first fighter to figure out the riddle to beating their fighting style. He was the first to defeat Royce Gracie, in a match that lasted about an hour and a half. He went on to defeat Royler, Renzo and Ryan Gracie as well. He was well respected and considered one of the best fighters in the world. In this fight he was going up against a relative unknown name Nino Schembri. Schembri was brought in as a "tomato can" to build Sakuraba's record up and get him a W to set up another fight with Wanderlei Silva. Schembri was said to be a very good BJJ practitioner but had little to no standup skills to speak of. The fight basically consisted of Saku doing whatever he wanted to Schembri in the standup game. Schembri couldn't get him down because of Saku's high level wrestling ability. It looked like a forgone conclusion that Saku was going to have his way with Schembri, until a knee from out of nowhere changed all of that...
