Ice Coaster's video: 2022 East Coast Season Highlight

@2022 East Coast Season Highlight
As the 2022 ski season draws near its end I decided to go back and reflect and put together a 2022 season highlight. This season was a blur to me. Working at a busy ski shop in the northeast this season was a doozy. The combination of covid, supply chain issues, staffing issues and a whole lot of new people getting into skiing created a perfect storm. It was difficult to get time away from the shop and so I didn’t get nearly as many days as I normally do. That being said, the days that I did get were extra special. Not just because it meant a few moments away from the hordes of crying children whose feet hurt… not just because it meant not having to deal with another “type 3 skier” who likes to rent basic equipment at the last possible minute… not just because it means not having to explain to another person that MLK weekend isn’t a great time to get deals at a ski shop… …but because I’m out doing what I love with an ever expanding group of friends that I’ve built over the past decade through skiing. We might not have had the best snow year, covid may have been messing things up for everyone in one way or another, but in the end time spent on the hill is still pure. Hope you all had a great season as well. Now I’d say it's about time for one more quick trip for a bump day at Killy to finish things off…
