This was probably the run of the day from this past Tuesday at Magic Mountain, VT. The run is called Magician. The entrance to it looks so goddamned sketchy that it seemed to scare more people away. From the look of things, pretty much no one had skied it all day. We decided to hit it around 2pm so there had been plenty of time for lots of fresh pow to blanket the entire thing. Once you got past the first 200 yards or so of steep bumps and rocks it opened up into a beautiful wide open bump run with a bit more mellow of a pitch. This video really gives you an idea of the amount of fresh snow that we got over the course of the day.
