In business, as well as everything else I do, I have always been very goal-oriented. Every year on my birthday (the day before new years eve) I take the time to sit down and reflect on my previous year as well as what I want to accomplish in the year ahead. I am also a big fan of accountability, so I want to put my goals out there into the world so I am forced to hold myself accountable. I set personal goals as well as business goals for myself. 2021 is no exception. I always feel that if you do not set goals then you are surely missing out on the opportunity to grow and surpass your goals. I would also like to hear from those of you in the community who set goals for yourself and what you hope to accomplish.
