Igniters Garage's video: Toolbox Restoration Tacoma Build Ep 8

@Toolbox Restoration | Tacoma Build Ep. 8
Hello and welcome to the channel! If you are new consider subscribing so you don't miss any of the future episodes of this exciting build. I recently got a 1998 Toyota Tacoma as a trade for my R6. In this video I will be restoring the toolbox that I purchased for my Tacoma a while back. The steps that I took are the following: 1. Sand down the entire tool box (Outside). 2. Use degreaser to clean all the wax and grease on it. 3. Tape off the parts that you don't want painted (Latches). 4. Spray 4 coats of bed liner. It is an easy way to give your old toolbox a new look and make your truck look different as well. Make sure when you sand the toolbox down, it is not shinny anymore but it has a dull finish to it so that the bed liner can stick to it. I hope you guys enjoy the video and as always ride safe and I will see you guys on the next one!
