In a bid to strengthen the capacity of women in Indonesia as financial planners and teachers for the new generation, AXA Mandiri and AXA have implemented “Perempuan Cerdas Perempuan Mandiri” program where the company provides training on financial literacy and creative teaching method to more than 5,000 PAUD (Early Childhood Education) female teachers in 11 major cities in Indonesia. This program has been running since Desember 2015 in Jakarta, Tangerang, Bekasi, Bogor, Bandung, Palembang, Semarang, Surabaya, Denpasar, Yogyakarta, and Makassar. This program is slated to end today in Jakarta through training for 200 PAUD female teachers from PAUD schools in Jakarta.
