I love the typical Dutch landscape: a mill, a low horizon and lots of sly above it. It gives me this feeling of freedom. As a painter I like to play with the idea of a Dutch landscape based on the art of Anke Roder. Beautiful but simple looking artwork. So I make easy abstract finger paintings or a very abstract Dutch landscape painting. My paintings don’t look stunning at the beginning but that turns out to be the fact of how you look at it.
