The players' list of the Vivo Pro Kabaddi League Season 5 is out! With four new teams joining the existing eight teams for the upcoming season, the league is now spread across 11 states and 12 franchises. More than 130 matches will be played over 13 weeks during the fifth season, which will be shown live on Star Sports.Altogether, seven elite players have been retained by their teams. The auction will showcase the best kabaddi players of India and other kabaddi-playing countries across the world, which took part in the World Cup last year. Also part of the auction player pool are 131 new young players, who have been selected after a long process spread across three stages.The auction will take place on Monday and Tuesday, with players divided into different categories and base prices.
