While every national anthem does that, the specifics about which emotion it uses to stir partriotism, what kind of emotion it uses and what words it picks are all dependent on a country's history and macro-psychology. In this video, I re-create a project by Lucas de Sa where I use K-Means clustering, an unsupervised learning algorithm to automatically classify all the national anthems of the world into five different groups. In the process we go through the alleys of data science, psychology and music - a cocktail of the many topics of interest you will find on India in Pixels.
