So, I started taking care of my skin as I took care of my whole face, So, I start up by cleaning my skin and for that I use, This mama earth butane body wash which helps in removing buildup from the skin, it has glycerine, walnut shell powder, turmeric and saffron extracts. It helps in removing the buildup and making the skin glow because usually acne are caused by the buildup of sweat, grim and dirt . When pores are clogged Bactria feeds in there and it just makes the whole situation more worse. I also make sure to use a loofah, or an exfoliating glove which removes the dead skin cells build up. Now to further exfoliate my skin I use a good scrub and today I will be using this goat milk's scrub which I bought from a local store, it gently helps in removing dead skin cells and also helps in nourishing the skin. Then once I get out of shower I use a clean towel to pat my skin dry and as it gets 80 percent dry, I use this glycolic acid toner from pixie beauty, it is their glow toner which helps in gently exfoliating the skin, and helps with skin glow. Clean skin removes the base for bacteria to feed in. I then use a serum, which has 1% HA and 10% Lactic acid from minimalist, it works great with acne and its pigmentation. It also helps in hydrating the skin. If you follow this routine after sometime it will definitely make your skin better, I also use HA for my face as it helps in hydration and makes your skin beautiful. Now, if I am going out, I apply sunscreen on back, and you need to take huge amount of sunscreen in order to protect it from sun, I told you guys in my previous video, just a bit won't be enough. If you are suffering from back acne already, make sure you take extra care of your skin. I hope the routine helps in getting you rid of acne and its mark.
