It is a natural phenomenon but having stinky underarms is really unnatural. It makes people drive away from you. So, here are my tips which I do to get beautiful and fresh underarms. First one is, make sure that you scrub them everyday, not for long time but enough to get rid of traces of sweat, bacteria, dirt and grim. It is really effective method folks, because if you just use a soap or a shower gel it won't take away the odour if you don't believe me you can check it yourself. So using a scrub is really effective method. I sometimes even use a silicon brush to get rid of impurities in underarms. If you don't do this step, your underarm is half clean everyday and the sweat traces keeps on building over the top of another and causes really stinky smell. Second one would be to use sweat pads, now these are a simple cotton made pads which absorbs sweat you need to place them on your garment underneath your underarms and it will absorb sweat throughout the day without making you stink and your garment absorbing the sweat. It is such a cool hack as it won't cause any sweat patch on the cloth. Third would be to regularly remove underarms hair guys, when we have hair in the armpits, it is the top most cause which causes odour and bacteria feeds on bad skin and the bacteria causes odour, now if bacteria don't get breeding ground in hair and you have plain armpits, it decreases the chances of you having stinky armpits. I don't recommend using anti- perspirant as it clogs your pores and it is such a bad practise. If it is done daily it is definitely harmful. Once in a while you sure can use it but try going for sweat pads instead. I often use face packs in mu underarms too as it helps with removing the traces of sweat, grim and dirt and also it helps in lightening and brightening your skin. I use Ubtan pack in my underarms, which is a DIY: 1. Take gram flour , and add turmeric into it. 2. Add honey and curd. 3. mix it all 4. Squeeze some lemon. 5. Apply it in your armpits. 6. Wait for 20 mins and rinse it out. This not only helps in cooling the skin but also keep them bright and soft.
