Bottle gourd kofta kadhi Kofta = fritter Kadhi = yoghurt sauce Grated bottle gourd / Zuccini Add salt and carom seeds powder Chickpea flour (Kichererbsenmehl) Heat oil for frying Add chilli powder (chilli pulver), turmeric (Kurkuma) Salt (salz) to butter milk (Buttermilch) Now add 1 tsp chickpea flour (kichererbsenmehl) Chopped onion (Zwiebel), Chili and grated ginger (Ingwer) Lemon juice (Zitronensaft) Let it boil so kofta soaks kadhi Enjoy!
