IndianRaga's video: Piya Se Naina Desh Thillana Bharatanatyam Online Dance Fellowship

@Piya Se Naina Desh Thillana | Bharatanatyam | Online Dance Fellowship
The dance styles of Kathak, Bharatnatyam, and Kuchipudi come together in this Lover’s Dance Off. We start off with quick stories of how the three dancers meet their beloved. Sarika (Kathak) looks to get water from the riverbank but realizes she must go down a steep mountain to do so. A man passing by bravely volunteers to do so and Sarika is charmed by his courage. Aditi (Bharatnatyam) gets a thorn stuck on her hand while she is flower-picking. When a man quickly plucks the thorn, she blushes at this kind gesture. Kaumudi (Kuchipudi) attempts a dance step but seems to trip over her feet. Someone offers his help to her and she instantly creates a bond with him. The three dancers meet each other in a forest and seem to realize that they are all deeply in love with their beloved. A dance-off ensues as each woman tries to prove that their love is the strongest through the might of their dance moves.
