What my vegan child ate today. Indigo is 4 years old and this is an example of what he eats in a day on a vegan diet. In this video Indigo shares what he ate today as a vegan child. Indigo's diet varies every day, so we will probably make another video showing another day of Indigo's food. It also changes depending on the season example: In winter we eat porridge for breakfast, and in spring we drink a lot of orange juice. Breakfast: Watermelon - 3 pieces Smoothie: Banana, Strawberry, Figs, Blueberries and water Midday Snack: Grapes Lunch: Rice and Vegetables Courgette (Zuccini), Aubergine (Eggplant), Broccoli, Carrot, Red Pepper, Mushrooms, and Tomatoes. topped with Nutritional Yeast flakes. Afternoon Snack: Avocado on Oat Cakes Dinner: Mashed Potato and Beans (These were Biona organic beans, I didn't make them myself).
