Infinite Expertise's video: Ships that Sank Like The Titanic

@Ships that Sank Like The Titanic!
Oceangate's Submarine The sinking of the Titanic is one of the most famous maritime disasters in history. However, there have been many other instances of ships sinking, sometimes with tragic consequences. Some other well-known examples include the Lusitania, which was torpedoed by a German U-boat during World War I, the Andrea Doria, which collided with another ship off the coast of Massachusetts in 1956, and the Costa Concordia, which ran aground off the coast of Italy in 2012. There have been many other instances of ships sinking throughout history, some of which were also quite infamous. For example, the RMS Empress of Ireland sank in the Saint Lawrence River in 1914 after colliding with another ship, resulting in the deaths of over 1,000 people. The USS Indianapolis was torpedoed by a Japanese submarine during World War II, leading to the deaths of most of the crew due to exposure, dehydration, and shark attacks. The MV Sewol sank off the coast of South Korea in 2014. Other notable shipwrecks include the RMS Lusitania, a British ocean liner that was sunk by a German U-boat during World War I, resulting in the deaths of over 1,000 people. The MV Doña Paz, a Philippine passenger ferry, collided with an oil tanker in 1987, resulting in one of the deadliest peacetime maritime disasters in history, with an estimated death toll of around 4,000 people. The RMS Titanic, of course, is one of the most famous shipwrecks of all time, with over 1,500 people losing their lives when the ship sank in 1912 after hitting an iceberg. Other notable shipwrecks include the HMS Hood, a British battleship that was sunk by the German battleship Bismarck during World War II, and the USS Arizona, a US Navy battleship that was sunk during the attack on Pearl Harbor in 1941. There have been many other shipwrecks throughout history, some of which have resulted in significant loss of life. For example, the SS Eastland, a passenger ship that was docked in the Chicago River, capsized in 1915, killing over 800 people. The MS Estonia, a passenger ferry traveling between Estonia and Sweden, sank in 1994, resulting in the deaths of 852 people. The MV Wilhelm Gustloff, a German passenger ship that was sunk by a Soviet submarine during World War II, is believed to have resulted in the deaths of over 9,000 people, many of whom were civilians.
