Cook- Cook Mushrooms first in a pan with salt, pepper, and olive oil after they are done put them in a bowl to the side, and do the same thing with the zucchini with salt, pepper, and olive oil. once they are done, add to the mushroom bowl and leave to the side. Bring the heat to low and add the tomatoes with lemon juice about 2-3 wedges from the 4 and add the 2-3 spoonfuls of the creme fraiche. mix together until cooked and simmered. Create- Add the cooked pasta in the bowl Add mixed mushrooms and zucchini on top. Drizzle creme fraiche and tomatoes on top and then add another squeeze of the lemon to your taste.
