Rinforzo addominale Sdraiati sulla schiena con le ginocchia piegate e alla larghezza delle spalle. Sollevare il ginocchio sinistro per incontrare la mano sinistra e spingere fornendo resistenza con la mano. Mantenere questa posizione per cinque secondi, quindi tornare alla posizione di riposo. Ripeti quanto sopra usando la gamba destra e la mano destra. Continua alternando da destra a sinistra per 20 ripetizioni totali.
