This game makes me realize how much my menuing sucks ... nonetheless a decent run (except 3-4 and 5-7 which almost made me ragequit ...). A loooot of routing was done for the run. There are still lots of improvements that can be made (especially for item management which is extremely challenging to route in this game. You want to avoid item management as much as possible as it is incredibly slow but you definitely want some items for you and your mates. Also, there is so much randomness in the drops .... e.e) Moreover, I have to test some things when it comes to felicity. She does notably more damage than roald and is already at level 22 (which means she can equip ridiculous stuff like supremacy) but her throw knife is glitched and actually increases the enemy's speed which is very annoying (especially for the one fight where she is actually used atm). - getting Dystopian Lightning in Zone 4 was actually improvised and not part of the route but I liked the outcome. You could easily combine this with equipping other level 17 items. Hmmmm .... yeah, I am definitely not done with routing yet. xD Moreover, I am thinking of building more strength on veradux towards the end of the game. I actually underestimated how bad dux electro scales with mind and he doesn't heal much anyways. You definitely need instinct in zone 2 though. Wouldn't it make more sense to sell them and buy more equipment? Selling/buying items is very slow in this game. If you were to sell everything that you can possibly get throughout the run it would take you more time to do that than getting better items could possibly safe. It's generally faster to just spend the money you get by clearing the stages and to hope for good drops otherwise. It would probably be worth in a TAS though. - "why are you using Felicity for one fight (why use her at all / not for more fights)" This is actually something that has yet to be optimized. The fight where Felicity is used is primarly based on doing enough damage to kill the second council before he can use his ultimate skill. The reason I switch back to veradux after that is because of the Mayor fight. As of now I wasn't able to figure out a good strategy with felicity + roald as they force him to use retrograde early which actually makes the fight slower. Also, one of Felicity's skills is bugged and increases the enemy's speed instead of lowering it. So I decided against using her for more than that particular fight. - "why didn't you reset (the fight or even the whole run) after dying in 3-4?" I didn't reset the fight because of the menu before - resetting would have forced me to do the whole menu again which is slower than having dux and roald clear the stage. I didn't reset the run because my Zone 2 split was completely insane which made up for the ~35 second time loss. But yeah, it's one of the things I like the least about the run...
