DUBAI PART 3. Fun touring the authentic Dubai and yoga and private photo shoot on the beach. I’ve noticed that for the most part, whenever I travel, everything that I want manifests easily, it’s pretty uncanny. Before and during this trip to Dubai, I was really focused on gratitude and alignment, meditation, journaling, eating well drinking lots of water, a natural diet, and appreciating being in the moment with everything. Just very intentional about my overall well-being. I find that whenever I have that much "alignment" and what I call a "connection with my higher self", I just find that things just come through with ease... and I’m grateful. Dubai has been everything. Nothing about this trip was fully planned out to the T or over done, I left the room for cosmic connections and serendipity. That’s how I enjoy travel the most and how I leave room for it to inspire me. When the divine unfolding of everything comes together (with as little effort on my part as possible) it shows me that the law of attraction is a powerful force. My biggest advice for when you’re traveling is to be open and be receptive, be relaxed. Look for the positive in everything, look for the evidence that everything is always working out for you. In the middle of contrast, look for the evidence that even this is for your highest and greatest good (even if it doesn’t seem so in the exact moment). Just know that it is... be certain that it is. Of course, at first this perspective is uncommon because we are conditioned to spend a lot of time looking for what’s wrong in order “to prove ourselves worthy” and fix it, but this relaxed mindset requires a definite and intentional shift.
