La sua auto aveva cominciato a spostarsi in retromarcia perché si era scordato il freno a mano. Il distratto autista riesce a riaprire la portiera e a raggiungere i pedali, ma accidentalmente preme l'acceleratore al posto del freno, finendo direttamente nel fiume e investendo una motocicletta. Per fortuna nessuno si è fatto male. L'uomo è risultato negativo ad un alcol test eseguito immediatamente dopo dalla polizia
