WARNING: some people may find this hard to watch. If you are struggling with bereavement please speak to a loved one or you may find these links useful: https://www.cruse.org.uk/ https://www.nhs.uk/conditions/stress-anxiety-depression/dealing-with-grief-and-loss/ https://www.macmillan.org.uk/information-and-support/coping/at-the-end-of-life/coping-with-bereavement Hello you lovely lot. I wasn't sure about posting this video, I’m actually really nervous to, but I have in the aim that someone who may be feeling sad may take something from this. In a world today we are starting to talk more and more about mental health and that is just wonderful. The conversation needs to be started. But grief is something different, and is still something people tell you not to talk about or don’t know how to talk about and often people find it hard to find anyone who can relate. I felt compelled to do this. I always said if I had a platform I would use it to try and do something good. This is a bit of a different video for me but something very real and something I wanted to talk about after speaking to many of you over on my facebook and instagram. This is something that isn't spoken about often and if one person takes something away from this, I'll be happy. Losing a parent or a loved one is tough. You are not alone. I'm Here if you need anything. Check out the links at the end of this video should you need any support surrounding bereavement. Please share to help more people know they aren't on their own. Sending you so much love. Soph xx p.s Next weeks video will be much more upbeat!
