For years now the pick and roll or pick and fade (also known as the pick and pop) has been the main play for teams. It can be used every single possession more than once. I recommend doing the pick and pop with a good shooting power forward or center, and the pick and roll with a big slashing power forward or center. You will be able to rack up assists easily and score the ball at will. Practice this, along with other plays to make your offense truly unstoppable. There are badges in the game that can make your point guard or big man better in pick and roll or pick and fade situations.
