Jen from The Modern Day Woman Movement shares her experience and why it was so important for her to go through this process so she felt more aligned in her and with her 'Capsule Wardrobe". The idea of curating a capsule wardrobe is to have a 'foundation'. Which is so important when you're learning how to dress for your body shape confidently. We generally go to our wardrobes, feel overwhelmed and have the common issue of "a wardrobe full of clothes and nothing to wear" scenario.
