Lives up to 80 to 120 years old. 3. Baby = Hatchlings. 4. From the Islands of the Aldabra Atoll in the Seychelles. 5. Largest tortoise in the world. 6. Herbivore for eating in a well-known vegetated environment. 7. Scientific Name = Aldabrachelys Gigantea. 8. Vulnerably endangered due to habitat destruction. 9. Oldest Giant Aldabra Tortoise on record = 200 years old. 10. Females lay 9-25 rubbery eggs in a shallow dry nest between February & May. 11.
