J O's video: Dragonfly Camouflage

@Dragonfly Camouflage
From the front yard of my house in Queens's Middle Village area at Caldwell Av- 81 Street since Sunday, 7/17/2022. Look very closely before the dragonfly flew away just in time for lunch, it is using camouflage to blend to its surroundings & not hard to miss are its 4 long wings in the video. Without further ado, here are distinguished facts about Dragonflies: 1. Has 4 long wings for flying using its transparent wings. 2. Flies forwards & backwards in other words reverse. 3. To help Dragonflies, donate to WCS Organization at 2300 Southern Blvd in Bronx, NY 10460. 4. Reminds me of Yanma & Yanmega from Pokémon that looks like a dragonfly. 5. Eats 🦟, midges, 🦋, moths, 🐝, flies, & due to cannibalism other dragonflies. 6. When a dragonfly visits, it is an excellent sign for good luck, prosperity, harmony, & fortune because dragonflies tell you that living with life is full of potential & to live everyday like it is the final one. 7. Characterized by a pair of large & multifaced compound eyes & an elongated body. 8. Scientific Name = Anisoptera. 9. There are 53 dragonflies out there in different varieties. 10. As an agile flyer, this astounding bug is capable of a highly accurate aerial ambush as a predatory bug. 11. In human culture, dragonflies are symbolized for artefacts like rock paintings for example, used for traditional medicine in China🇨🇳 & Japan🇯🇵, used in Indonesia🇮🇩 to catch for food, & most of all themed in Japan🇯🇵 for courage, happiness, & strength plus sinister in European folklore. 12. Just like a 🦋 & moth, it has a metamorphosis when it starts from an egg, then larva, & finally an adult. 13. Very abundant in slow-moving freshwater without any 🐟. However, it can be found in many shallow freshwater habitats in every continent except the freezing Antarctica because it mostly stays put near the water & just like Pteranodon from the Cretaceous time period, it sometimes travel away from water whether it is migrating or hunting. Spoiler = There are times dragonflies use camouflage just like Lesothosaurus from South Africa since the Jurassic time period for camouflaging for defense against predators, but like an 🐙 like Giant Pacific for example camouflages for offense for ambushing its prey.
