But Kate Wright proved her enviable statistics was down to her fitness dedication, as she took part in a gruelling session at No 1 Boot Camp in Ibiza earlier this week. The 25-year-old TOWIE star flaunted her enviable busty cleavage in a skimpy plunging sports bra as she was put through her paces with a number of exercises. Kate threw her blonde locks up into a high ponytail for practicability as she was joined by a number of other boot-camp enthusiasts who hoped to whip themselves in shape. The blonde bombshell kept her demeanour high as she did a bunch of squats with a pole - and also went on to lift it above her head to get in an arm workout. Kate couldn't resist showing off her already gym-honed figure in the skimpy top and skin-tight leggings. The star, who sported a face full of make-up, went on to join the rest of her group on an arduous hike. This comes after the beauty, who is vocal about her seven days per week gym dedication, defended her natural beauty on social media after she received a flood of comments claiming she had undergone the knife. Going make-up free on the popular social media platform, the ITVBe darling - who has previously revealed she has had fillers injected into her lips - worked her golden tresses into a ponytail as she lay on her bed in a black tracksuit top as she furiously denied the claims. She said: 'Do you know what, I haven't been on Snapchat in a while but I need to say something. I'm fed up of people, especially men, commenting on the way I look. 'So here we are guys, I have no make-up on, look. I've a retainer in so my mouth looks funny. I can move my forehead funnily enough,' she insisted while moving her forehead up and down. Before finishing: 'For people that say I have make-up on, I haven't. I have individual extensions on but yeah.' Kate soared to fame on the ITVBe show in 2015 when she joined the programme in the sixteenth series as the ex-girlfriend of Dan Edgar, with whom she enjoyed an on-off relationship which ended late last year. The blonde beauty is now said to be dating football ace Rio Ferdinand, yet the reports have not been confirmed, with The Sun stating they have enjoyed a number of nights out yet plan to keep their relationship out of the spotlight. With her envy-inducing frame, fans are naturally keen to know Kate's dieting secrets - which she attributes to her love of fitness although she previously admitted in an interview with MailOnline that she must work hard to maintain her physique. If she does not workout, Kate admits her body will suffer badly as she explained: 'I put on weight everywhere. People won't believe this but this is why I have to go to the gym. 'As soon as I don't go to the gym I just puff up and I put it on my face on my legs, I have chunky legs anyway but it automatically goes to my legs and hips. I do put on weight very easily so that's why I have to be careful... 'My waist goes up and down but I don't know what happened there I think God just gave me a small waist... I feel really rubbish if I don't go to the gym, I've gone to the gym since I was 14. 'I used to go before school with my mum when I was 14, I've always been sporty. It doesn't feel right if I don't go to the gym. Even if I'm on holiday I'll go so even if I don't go I feel groggy.'
