JDK's video: Better front kicks

@Better front kicks.
If you would like to improve your front kick, or if you use the Japanese term mae geri this is an interesting informative video. The first component is that we are not standing up, so we don't have to trade off strength and form for balance. Also we are training the lower back with a back bridge which is an awesome movement or exercise to strengthening up the lower back. Practice each move slowly to strengthen or fast to work on endurance or maybe a combination of both to make your training interesting. Another way to keep your training interesting would be to alternate between reps and time. Any questions leave in the comments.
