Hi Friends , Here in this video, we learn how to make Kurkuri Bhindi or Tasty Bhindi ki Sabzi. It turns out crispy and the masala melts into a blast of spicy & tangy flavours as soon as you put in the mouth. Bhindi also known as Okra or Lady finger is cooked in different ways in India, depending on the area or part of India. So there are various ways of using Bhindi to make delicious recipes, apart from making sabzis or dry curries exclusively with okra. Bhindi is an all time favorite veggie at home and we make it often at home. Most of the bhindi recipes are simple and easy to make, so I don't mind making bhindi sabzi as a side dish to go along with Dal-Rice combo. Bhindi sabji can be eat along with chapatis, roti, parantha or naan etc. So plz. do try this recipe at home & send your valuable comments...
