Hi friends, here in this video, we can learn that how to make Butter Chicken at home, a heavenly chicken gravy recipe. Butter Chicken is probably one of the world's most popular Indian chicken recipes liked by all & your most favorite dish from the restaurant. Rich and creamy butter chicken with just the perfect amount of spices and mouth watering pieces of pan fried or grilled chicken. Have it with crisp tandoori roti, naan or thin rumali roti for a taste of food heaven. Ingredients :- 750 gms chicken, cut into medium size pieces on the bone 6-7 bright red medium size Tomatoes 1 medium size Onion Salt to taste 3½ tsp Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp Coriander Powder Juice of 1 Lemon Ginger-garlic paste - 2 1/2 tbsp, 200 gms Yogurt 1 tsp Garam Masala Powder 1 tbsp Mustard Oil 2 tbsp Cooking Oil 3 tbsp Butter 1 tsp dried Fenugreek leaves powder (Kasoori methi) 1 tsp Sugar 3 tbsp fresh Cream Method :- 1) Wash the chicken well & make a few incisions on either side of the chicken pieces and put them into a large bowl. 2) Add lemon juice, salt and 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and mix well and keep the bowl in the refrigerator for 10 minutes. 3) To make the 2nd marinate, put yogurt into another large bowl. Add 1.5 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, salt, 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder and 1 tsp garam masala powder. Mix them well. Add 1 tbsp mustard oil and mix well. 4) Add the batter into the marinated chicken pieces to the bowl and coated them well. Let it marinate in the refrigerator preferably for at least 4 hours or if you are in hurry , refrigerate them at least 1/2 to 1 hour. 5) In the pan, add 1 tbsp cooking oil, spoonful of butter & 1 chopped onion, and once the onions are cooked, add 6 ~7 roughly chopped tomatoes. 6) Add ginger-garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, cashew nuts, coriander powder, sugar and some water. Evenly mix it and let it simmer for 10~12 minutes. Once the tomatoes done , placed them into the mixcy jar for cooling. 7) In a same pan , heat some oil & butter then fry the marinated chicken pieces in it for 8 ~10 minutes or until brown, once done brown both side of the chicken, place it into a plate. 8) Churn the tomatoes mixture into fine puree. 9) Strain it back into the same pan, make sure that there is minimal wastage. 10) Add butter, kasoori meethi, fresh cream & chicken and let it simmer for 4~5 minutes. 11) Garnish it with fresh cream and roasted kasoori meethi. 12) Transfer into a serving bowl and serve hot with naan or tandoori roti.....Delicious & Creamy Butter Chicken :) Please Like, Subscribe & Share my video's.......If you already subscribe then plz. don't forget to share...
