The easiest way to root fig cuttings in the summer without problems. The “traditional method” of rooting protects the cuttings from the sun and high temperatures, conserves moisture, and guarantees a good plant development. The plants can be potted up after a few months or they can be left until the autumn to grow a bit more before removing them from the soil. Rooting indoors with other rooting methods with high temperatures is usually a problem because the combination of moisture and heat leads to the development of mold.
