Recently I bought SONY WH 1000xm3 headphones, but after a while I started to notice connectivity issues, especially when my phone'' s screen was off. So I started to wonder if it is because of bad hardware of headphones or because of app? I did research and found out that this is not because of headphones, but because of Samsung phone, I have Samsung Galaxy S10 phone, but most probably this might happen to different phone models as well! The problem was not in the phone or headphones, but in battery optimization app, and it optimized Spotify as well, the app that I use to listen music. After disabling this app for Spotify app I resolved all connectivity issues of Headphones to my mobile phone.
