Hitting them on time basically makes you "play" the song, and screwing up makes the track sound off. To add to the difficulty, there's also a disc platter that has to be spinned when the leftmost lane contains a note. To make the BMS file I exported the separate channels for this track, then chopped them up into single notes and basically reconstructed the song in the game.
