Since then we have gained over 45% in less than 3 months which is definitely amazing however the market has still not broken past all time highs. Therefore, major resistance is ahead and it will take a significant amount of volume and price action to get over… Now you might say, “it was time to buy stocks 2 months ago!” which is true in a sense as the majority of riches are made when people invest during stock market crashes! However as safe investors and traders, we like to wait for confirmation of a bull run or market before buying for the long term. Of course when you are a day/swing/scalp trader you can make money in all types of market conditions. But I am very much a trend trader so I like to buy when the stocks are rising and sell when the market dips. Dollar cost averaging can be a great way to minimize your risk when buying during a downtrend as it protects you from buying at a high and selling at a low. However this can be quite unrealistic for new investors and traders so it matters that we wait for confirmation before entering a long term or short term trade. Essentially in this video, I give my reasons for why it may be a good time to be buying stocks now and which ones are good picks. I believe we should be looking at the ones making higher highs and lower lows as if the stock market decides to crash again like some think, these may not be affected as bad.
