Since I can't attach this video to my message directly on Ebay, here it is. The holes for the poles are sewn on the wrong side! I can't use this! Please send me a properly working one immediately! Very disappointed! Tried to contact support with this proof, and they refused to replace the defective cover. Sent me running in circles for over a week! Horrible customer service! I spent almost $100 on this so I expected it to work!!!! Do NOT buy from yuhui945_18 on Ebay! They will send you garbage and refuse to send you a properly working one!
