This is just a brief video in an attempt to reduce the unnecessary fear of raw and rotten meat. I put a chunk of fresh beef brisket on a drying rack in the fridge. It has been in there for a couple of weeks. It’s now dried out quite a bit and has a bit of white mould on it. Taste has changed to a slightly nutty flavour perhaps. My next video will be me explaining in more detail my illness and motivations for eating this way.
