This is a workout that you can do anywhere, anytime! Even from the comfort of your home This workout is split into rounds of Resistance Band Training (60 second exercises) and TABATA (20 second exercises). To complete each round you will do each exercise for as many reps as you can in the given time, using good form. After each exercise you only have 30 and 10 second rest periods. Make sure to use enough resistance to challenge yourself. The tension created by bands can build muscle like free weights, or machines, as long as you apply the same amount of intensity to your workouts.
