@Beautiful Japan, Back to 1901-1924: Overcoming Floods, Pandemic, and Earthquake 洪水、感染症、大地震を乗り越えて
Japan, Kanto Earthquake, wedding Japan was rapidly changing in the days between 1901-1924. After the Edo Era, the Meiji Government was established. Then, Japan started to make contact with the rest of the world. Please enjoy the differences of hairstyles, clothes, shoes, and the life styles of the Japanese people, compared to those in the 1800’s in my other videos. (Follow the links below to see them.) During this time, Japan experienced a deadly flood in 1908, the World Flu Pandemic in 1918, and the Great Kanto Earthquake in 1923. These were difficult times, but the Japanese people stayed positive as you can see on their faces in this video!
