Jared Chan's video: My 3 Year Dream Journal And Dream Interpretations

This is my 3 year dream journal which actually is more like 7 years of recording my dreams (some years were more active than others). I share a few of my dreams in this video and there possible interpretations. I am just at the beginning of my journey studying Carl Jung and dream interpretation so I am not really a master at dream interpretation as of yet and would like to continue to study mythology to draw parallels to my dreams and expand my analysis of dreams. I have gained a lot of insight from my dreams over the years. The dreams I share in this video are by no means the best or most significant dreams I have had but they are just randomly chosen from the dream journal I have on my phone. As soon as I wake up I try to record my dreams straight into my phone by typing them into my notes app. Dreams are something we can often ignore but I find it helpful to try to record them and analyse them later. I encourage you to start recording your dreams and you will see recurring dream themes over the course of years. I am still yet to study my dream journal intensely with the same rigor Jung would have or another analyst would have but I do plan to study my dreams deeply and try to understand the symbolic language the unconscious mind is using.
