Jared Leisek's video: Ragtime Highlining feat YogaSlackers at Icy McKay Falls - Extreme Slacklining

@Ragtime Highlining feat. YogaSlackers at Icy McKay Falls - Extreme Slacklining
Talk about some Icy Cold Slacklining over McKay Falls in Central Oregon. YogaSlackers invited me out to grab some aerial video of them highlining and I've got to say that it turned out quite well. I love what I do and the opportunities I have in meeting others from all walks of life. It's amazing the friendships and bonds which are formed in such a short period of time. Life is truly spectacular. Highliners featured in this edit are... Jason and Chelsey Magness http://www.yogaslackers.com/ http://www.youtube.com/TeamYogaSlackers https://www.facebook.com/yogaslackers https://twitter.com/yogaslackers Ari DeLashmutt http://ariintheair.com/ Buddy & John for which I don't currently have last names or links. Video Equipment XP2 Quadcopter from http://www.xproheli.com =3_1_McKayFalls 3 Axis Brushless Gimbal Sony NEX 5R with Sony 16mm For work related request: http://snipfilms.com http://youtube.com/leisek http://twitter.com/jaredleisek http://facebook.com/snipfilms Disclaimer ~ I Do Not Own any of the Music Rights, am not selling or trying to make money on the music contained in this video. Lilja Bloom) By: Parov Stelar Buy on iTunes: https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/ragtime-cat-feat.-lilja-bloom/id324690487?i=324690489 Editing Final Cut Pro X at 1080p 30p For this edit, the new 3 axis brushless gimbal was so smoother that I only stabilized one clip in this entire edit. For that clip I did used the default stabilizer in fcpx. Camera Settings: While I would have preferred to shot with the Sigma 19mm lens, I dropped it in the ocean a few weeks back and have a new one on order. The 19mm Sigma is a bit sharper than the Sony 16mm. I shot in standard mode on the 5R dropping the Contrast and Sharpness to -3 leaving the Saturation at 0. I shot in AP setting F7.1 or F8 when ever possible, adjusting ISO with the intent of keeping my shutter speed over 125. I also shot 1080p 60p. Editing: I bumped saturation 10-15% for most clips, adjusted contrast in shadows, highlights and mid-tones when needed. I added a plug-in from Pixel Film Studios for lens flares to compliment the natural lens flares I was getting in some of my shots. I then finished off by adding some sharpness to each clip. For transitions, I used a simple cross dissolve at the beginning and end. I used a combination of FPV (first person view) and line of sight on my Quadcopter. The FPV I view on a monitor attached to my radio. You can also find this at XProHeli's website listed above. I hope this video inspires your imagination for what can be possible when you add aerial footage to your edits. The XP2 Quadcopter is the most powerful, lightest, and stable quadcopters for aerial video. The size and portability of the XP2 allows you to quickly transport, fly, and capture amazing aerial videos almost anywhere. I'm never opposed to being sponsored, collaborating with other photographers, videographers, YouTubers or selling some of my work. I can always use cash for more equipment, warm weather gear, camera's, computer's, editing software, fuel and of course travel so I can hit more locations. Anything else, just hit me up or leave me a comment. I appreciate you watching and do ask that you subscribe to my channel as well. Thanks.
